New hotel, great location, friendly staff, clean & modern with aircon, comfy beds, spacious rooms.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to access nearby attractions. the room I stayed in was spacious and modern with a comfy bed. the breakfast offered a decent selection, and I appreciated the takeaway coffee cups.

Check-in and Check-out were unorganized and confusing due to a lack of preparedness from staff. Unfortunately, the experience was tainted by a mix-up with my room, as someone was given the same room as me.

The location of this hotel is perfect for music lovers, as it is situated next to a new Chamber Music Centre. Additionally, the train station is just a few meters away, making it very convenient for transportation. Furthermore, the hotel is located within walking distance to the center of Kronberg, where you can find plenty of places to eat and beautiful Victoria Park to enjoy.

One minor drawback is that the hotel does not offer room service. However, the staff is helpful and even assisted guests in heating up their own food.

This place is in a fantastic location, just opposite the train station. It was so convenient for me to hop on the train to Frankfurt. The staff here were really friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. I appreciated having a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast in the morning was great, with a good selection of food. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Vienna House By Wyndham in Kronberg. The receptionist was incredibly helpful when our fridge overheated, swiftly resolving the issue and even upgrading us to a better room on the top floor. The spacious reception area was inviting and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The comfortable room, efficient air-con, and excellent shower added to the overall satisfaction of our stay. The hotel's proximity to the center of Kronberg made it convenient to explore the charming town. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
