my recent overnight stop in holbeach was made even better by my stay at the charming mansion house. the centrally located property was spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the friendly owners and the rich history of the house added to the overall delightful experience.

Heating system in the room was inconsistent.

the cottage was lovely and clean as always, beds very comfortable, staff absolutely lovely too. we've stayed here before and wouldn't go anywhere else. very good value for the price.

Location not wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location, right in the center of town, was perfect for us as we were on a business trip and wanted to explore the surrounding area. The service was top-notch, with a helpful and friendly staff member greeting us upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and free Wi-Fi in our room. The hotel grounds were well-maintained with comfortable garden furniture, providing a relaxing outdoor space.

This place is recommended for families, offering a range of leisure facilities such as free Wi-Fi in rooms, an on-site car park, cycling, fishing, a golf course. Pets are also allowed, and the hotel is a non-smoking establishment.

It was all superb.

Had a lovely Christmas stay in a hotel in the Lincolnshire area. the staff were incredibly welcoming and the food was outstanding, with a great selection of festive dishes. the location was ideal as it was close to many local attractions which made exploring the area very easy. the room we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable, with great amenities such as free wifi and tea/coffee making facilities.

There were a few minor issues such as the heating being a bit too high which made the room feel stuffy at times. the décor could do with a bit of an update as it was a little dated in places.
