We stayed at The Marine Hotel for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The top floor room offered a breathtaking view of the harbour. The room itself was cosy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's restaurant had a great menu, and the food, both for dinner and breakfast, was simply delicious. The bar downstairs was warm and inviting, and they even allowed our friends' dog to join us. We especially enjoyed the OMNIUM IPA - highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in a prime location. The views from our room were simply breathtaking, overlooking the stunning harbour. The service provided by the young and friendly staff was exceptional, with a complimentary continental breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The room itself was spacious and well decorated, offering all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also impressed by the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the old part of town, right on the edge of the harbor, offering breathtaking views from the upstairs rooms. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, and provide great showers with high-quality products. The continental breakfast served is fantastic, offering a range of delicious options. The hotel bar is a highlight, with a wide selection of real ales, gins, and whiskies to enjoy while taking in the picturesque view of the harbor.

We had a great two-night stay at Marine Hotel. the continental breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of cereals, pastries, cold cut meats, cheeses. the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the location and view were excellent, and we enjoyed the spectacular views from our room. the bar had a great setting and offered a good selection of drinks, though a few more flavored gins would be great. a very pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at The Marine Hotel in Stonehaven for a romantic getaway and couldn't recommend it more. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, the marine-themed bar had a great atmosphere, and the range of beers was impressive. The food was delicious and the room had a superb view over the harbour. The location was stunning, with a comfy bed, lovely ensuite bathroom, and a good selection of TV channels. All at a great price!

Marine Hotel in a great location, with stunning views of the harbour. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern decor and lighting. The on-site pub offered a wide selection of craft ales, including the highly recommended Wanderlust Wheat from 6 degrees North. The restaurant on the first floor had an interesting menu and provided great food and drinks with attentive service. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast included was a pleasant surprise.

Had an amazing Christmas break at a hotel by the sea. Loved the stunning views of the harbor from the room and the delicious continental breakfast offered. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the quaint town and close to the pier. the coffee machine in the room and bottled water were a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower tiles appeared to have some body fat residue on them, which made me uncomfortable. the staircase carpet leading to the rooms could use some cleaning as it had a strong odor.

Lovely wee hotel and restaurant - staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful bathroom with bath and separate shower and fabulous harbour view. We loved our stay and would come back. the hotel was in an excellent location in the centre of the old part of town and overlooked the harbour. the room was light and airy, well decorated in a modern boutique style, and comfortably furnished. the bed was comfortable and the staff were young, friendly, and helpful. Food was excellent, particularly dinner, and the breakfast was generous and top quality.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel on the edge of the harbour, and I must say, the views from upstairs were absolutely stunning. It was such a treat to wake up each morning and see the beautiful harbour right outside my window. The location of this place couldn't have been more perfect. The service from the housekeeping staff was top-notch and they made sure my room was always clean and tidy. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the room amenities, including the heating and tea and coffee facilities, made my stay even more comfortable. I also appreciated the sitting area and the garden furniture outside where I could relax and enjoy the scenery.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The quality of the services and amenities provided here are definitely worth the price.

The location was unbeatable, right on the harbour and with easy access to the path on to Dunnottar Castle. I loved being in the centre of the old part of this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and a lovely little ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided a great variety of options and the coffee shop along the harbour served excellent cappuccino.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the famous castle and historic surroundings. the management team was very courteous and accommodating. I especially loved the complimentary breakfast selection, which had a good variety of fresh fruit, pastries, cheese, and cold meats.

That the hotel seemed to neglect thorough cleanliness. There were dusty corridors, neglected doors, dirty windowsills, and corners that needed attention.
