Had a lovely Christmas getaway, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. the room size was quite spacious, with a cozy and comfortable ambiance. the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

there was no lift in the hotel, making it quite inconvenient to carry our suitcases up the stairs. the restaurant closed early, leaving us with limited dining options during our late check-in.

The location is spectacular, right on the lake and surrounded by mountains. Delicious dinner on the terrace and hearty breakfast in the morning room. Beautiful views of Derwentwater.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near the lake in the Lake District. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a beautiful view from the window. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed watching the birds as I had my breakfast. To top it all off, the view of the lake was simply stunning.

I did find that the pillows were a little lumpy, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep.

I had a really relaxing break at Mary Mount. The room was warm and beautifully furnished, with a sparkling bathroom. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made us feel completely at ease. Having CBeebies for the little one was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was a real treat and the food throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel is also set in a stunning location with plenty of hiking routes nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food was amazing, especially the lamb shank and chicken with venison. The location was perfect, just 2 minutes from a boat and 10 minutes from Keswick. The hotel had a great view of the lake and mountains. The staff, especially Svetlana, were incredibly kind and helpful.

The Mary Mount Hotel offers stunning mountain views from the dining room, with multiple bird feeders just outside, attracting a variety of wild birds. The location in Borrowdale allows for easy access to walks and there is a regular bus service. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the food is excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
