We recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in Mallaig and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the station and pier. There was a convenience store nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. They even provided us with a kettle so we could enjoy tea and coffee in our room. Additionally, they upgraded us to a larger room for our multi-night stay. The bathroom had been recently renovated and any maintenance issues were promptly addressed. They also went the extra mile to help us retrieve something we left behind. We will definitely be returning to this great accommodation.

I stayed at the Mission Bunkhouse for the fourth time and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Mallaig. It's a friendly hostel with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, just opposite the train station and a short walk from the ferry terminal. I particularly liked that my single room had its own sink. The staff were welcoming and gave great advice. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The showers were fantastic, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to the Highlands.

I had a wonderful stay at this budget accommodation in Mallaig. The bunkhouse was conveniently located just across the road from the train station and minutes away from the ferry terminal. The friendly manager greeted me upon arrival and provided helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. My twin room was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The communal kitchen had all the necessary amenities for self-catering, and the shower block was kept clean. Despite a few minor noise disturbances, such as early morning deliveries from the nearby co-op, the overall experience was pleasant. I even booked another stay for next year to visit more islands. I highly recommend this accommodation for budget travelers.

I got amazing value for my money at Mission Bunkhouse. The room was basic but clean, and the location couldn't be better - right next to the train station and harbour. The host was super friendly and gave great recommendations.

Despite my late arrival, the owner took the time to personally greet me. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and affordable rates. The central location allowed for easy exploration of the town, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were well-maintained. The hostel was also understanding and flexible when I had to cancel my return visit due to unforeseen circumstances.

The two-bed room was cramped and the walls were paper-thin, which resulted in a lack of privacy and disrupted sleep. the bedsheets were worn out and the furniture looked tired.

There is a large free car park nearby, which was convenient for leaving our car. Lots of nice cafes, an ATM, and a supermarket in Mallaig. the owners/managers were friendly and helpful. Ideal for those traveling alone.
