We had an amazing time at Mourne Lodge "Cnocnafeola". The host, Máiréad, is a true gem. She greeted us personally and provided us with invaluable information about local attractions and dining options. The lodge itself is spacious and has a cozy, countryside charm. Our room was large and had everything we needed. Máiréad ensured that the place was spotless both inside and out. The breakfast she prepared was absolutely delicious, using local and organic ingredients. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The Mourne Lodge is located in a beautiful area of the High Mournes, making it the perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding scenery. The communal area is cozy and has a homely feel, with tea-making facilities in the rooms and hot showers adding to the comfort. The staff are caring and engaged, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

The breakfast offered was quite poor, with limited portions and a feeling of everything being budgeted.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel nestled in the heart of the beautiful Mourne mountains. The hotel's location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by the stunning High Mournes area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The manager, in particular, was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and I especially loved the attention to detail with the breakfast provided. The homemade meals were fantastic and reasonably priced, offering great value for money.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful, and I really couldn't fault anything.

We had a late arrival, but the room was ready with clear instructions and plenty of amenities. The lodge had a charming atmosphere, with interesting decor and a helpful host who showed us around the area. I would recommend this place even if transportation is a challenge in the off-season.

The location is great for hiking and not far from nice scenic drives. The price was very affordable, especially for a New Year's stay. Plus, we appreciated the ease of check-in with our keys in the door.

The facilities are outdated and in need of attention. The bathrooms and kitchen were not very clean, and the towels provided were old and worn.

We had a wonderful stay at Mourne Lodge "Cnocnafeola"! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the delicious food to the energetic owner Mairead who provided us with great support and advice. The rooms were bright, clean, and equipped with two showers and plenty of sockets for recharging our devices. Even though we arrived late at night, the communication was excellent, and we were able to easily locate our room and key. it felt like a home away from home, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location was also excellent, although having a car was recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Mourne Lodge "Cnocnafeola". The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities like a kettle and TV. The welcoming staff made us feel at home right away. The beautiful surroundings of the Mourne mountains and the convenient location near local amenities were a definite plus. We also loved the on-site restaurant and the common living area and kitchen, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a home-cooked meal. Even our dog was warmly welcomed! A 10/10 from us and an 11/10 from our furry friend. Thanks for a pawsome weekend!
