the rooms were clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchenette. the location near the bus stop made exploring Edinburgh easy. A peaceful private garden and parking added to the charm.

We had an amazing stay! the hotel excelled in cleanliness, offering a lovely and comfortable stay. the next bus stop is conveniently close at just 200 meters, providing easy transportation to the nearby city. the complimentary breakfast basket was a nice touch, and the staff, particularly Kathy, was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
