our stay at beau sejour was simply amazing. the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. the views of victoria and the harbor were breathtaking. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. overall, it was a perfect valentine's day getaway, exceeding all expectations.

Wifi connection was weak.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem! The hotel is nestled high up the mountains, offering a breathtaking view of the bay of Victoria and the surrounding islands. The reception was charming, and we were impressed by the delicious and visually appealing breakfast options, perfect for us as vegetarians. The staff was incredibly kind and flexible, allowing us to check in early and even offering an extra breakfast. Special thanks to Margaret for her warm welcome.

Felt like VIPs throughout our stay, no complaints whatsoever.
