Great location, excellent value for money. Friendly staff who recommended things to do and places to eat. Very easy check out with no hassle. Staff were very helpful. Nice quiet location within walking distance of amenities including rail link to the city centre. Comfy and clean room. Small stroll to the beachfront. Artisan pubs in the same street. Modern murals on the buildings giving a cool vibe. Barmaid Leigh was the life of the bar, keeping everyone there happy and glasses full. 10 on the dot your out, but can take beer to your room. Great place and location, 5 stars. Would revisit, but maybe better times to tour the interesting pubs and restaurants around there.

First of all, let me say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The value for money is fantastic, especially considering the prices in the area. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the comfortable bed with its high ceiling, to the availability of ironing facilities in the room. The location is also perfect, with the beach just a short walk away and the James Atherton pub right across the street. Plus, having breakfast included is always a bonus.

All in all, everything was more than okay.

The room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen area and a convenient shower room. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and the beautiful promenade. We even had a delicious Sunday lunch in the hotel restaurant, and the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating us. The live singer in the bar added a great atmosphere to our evening. The free car parks next to the hotel were a bonus and finding a space was lucky.

This cozy hotel by the sea was the best choice. the staff was really friendly, and the restaurant offered a variety of food options, and there were options available at all times of the day. the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect for those who wanted to be close to the city without being in the middle of it.

The Wi-Fi was slow, which was inconvenient when we wanted to watch a movie. we didn’t have curtains in our room, and the bright lights from the nearby restaurant made it difficult to sleep.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in a hidden gem of a location. The pub had a lively atmosphere with great music on Saturday night but it didn't bother me at all. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food served in the pub was delicious. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a vibrant seaside town. The welcome we received was warm and friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the central location, as it allowed us to easily explore the town. The information provided in the room about the local history was an added bonus. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Booked on behalf of my parents, they had a free room upgrade which was massive and quiet. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. We will definitely be back and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff, we had a fantastic weekend.
