Pantile Lodge exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money, with a generously spacious and clean room. The location was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued as guests.

The breakfast choices could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Pantile Lodge and received a warm welcome from the delightful host. The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The little parcel of treats and drinks in the room was a lovely touch. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Despite the slight inconvenience of the location being a bit isolated, there was a good pub across the road for evening meals. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Pantile Lodge.

What a find! This hotel in a little village exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely owners who showed us to our comfortable room with a view of the pretty garden. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful amenities provided and even a basket of goodies on the table. The breakfast at the adjoining cafe was simply incredible, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and dine in the local area. The peaceful garden provided a perfect spot to relax in the evening. All in all, this hotel had all the qualities of a luxury 5-star stay, at a price that was unbeatable.

We had an amazing stay at Pantile Lodge. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a homey feel thanks to the sofa and coffee table. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The family running the lodge were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We loved the little garden area outside our room where we could relax. The only minor drawback was the weak and intermittent wi-fi in our room, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. I highly recommend Pantile Lodge for a wonderful holiday.

As a budget traveler, I loved the affordable price and the amazing breakfast served until 11 a.m. The free Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and lovely bathroom added to the overall comfort. The room also had a double sofa and a good-sized TV. The garden area outside the room with seating was a nice touch.

We stayed at a fantastic lodge in a central location. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs, providing a delicious gluten-free breakfast. The room was beautiful and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom and a comfy bed. We also enjoyed the tea and cake on arrival and the option for a filling breakfast. The lodge is perfectly situated for exploring the borders. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and spacious accommodation. the room had a fridge, which was quite handy, and a coffee machine that served us well in the mornings. the key location of the lodge was ideal, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. the friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. it would have been nice to have the option of decaf tea alongside the coffee provided.

The location of this hotel was amazing, nestled in a quiet countryside village. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. One of the best aspects was the lovely surprise of drinks, snacks and even cakes that came with the room. the rooms were cleaned daily with ample coffee and biscuits restocked daily.

Although there was nothing major to dislike, the shower in our room was a bit concerning as it had a tendency to fill up at the bottom. Another minor issue was that breakfast was served at the attached cafe, which may not be ideal for some.

Stayed at a fantastic lodge with warm and comfortable rooms. Angela and Brian, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They even provided a delicious complementary afternoon tea and a welcome pack in the room. the breakfast had plenty of options, including cooked-to-order eggs. the location was convenient for exploring Northumberland, with attractions like Lindisfarne and Bamburgh Castle just a short drive away. a hidden gem that exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.
