I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the sea and on the promenade. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with housekeeping ensuring that everything was clean and tidy. The hotel also had a dining area that offered special diet menus, and the food was delicious. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.

the owners, Brid and Derek, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. the beds were extremely comfortable and the room and en suite were clean and bright. the location was fabulous, with a pebble beach just yards away and easy access to buses for exploring other coastal resorts. A lovely touch was having fans in the bedrooms. the New England exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning.

We were greeted by a warm and friendly host who made us feel instantly at home. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and town. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this charming B&B to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The atmosphere of the guest house was very warm and welcoming. the staff was extremely helpful in finding local attractions. Breakfast was delicious and filling and the location was great, just a short walk from the beach and the park.

The Wi-Fi was quite weak, we couldn't access it after a certain time. finding a parking space close to the hotel could be tricky as it's located in a busy area.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfy beds, and a beachfront location. The lounge had comfortable armchairs, but really, who needs original paintings when you have books and games?

Oh, and let's not forget the amazing original paintings in the guest lounge. Such a crucial feature in a hotel.

We felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hosts, Brid and Derek, were genuinely lovely and made our stay extra special. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee with fresh milk provided. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including a full English breakfast and fresh fruit. We were even pleasantly surprised when my pregnant girlfriend was given a thoughtful packed lunch by the hosts. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was great, with the beach just across the road and the pier only 15 minutes away. The service provided was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We appreciated the little touches like chocolates on the pillows. The breakfast selection was amazing and the portion size was just right. We also liked that the hotel had free Wi-Fi in the rooms and other amenities like a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. we were extremely pleased with our stay here.
