our recent stay in reading was amazing, but the new inn blew us away! the food with eastern european influences was astonishing, and the manager made us feel so welcome. the accommodation was lovely and we even had breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the New Inn! Our room was beautifully decorated and the superking bed was incredibly comfy. We loved having our own private outdoor area where we could enjoy our morning tea. The shower was absolutely amazing, providing a luxurious experience. The location was great, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Despite a few minor issues with some furniture chips and the lack of a desk, we found the stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. we highly recommend this hidden gem and would definitely return for another relaxing break.

Lovely location! Comfortable bed and rooms! Excellent friendly staff! The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The owner even sent a text to my daughter to let her know I arrived safely. The food was delicious and the chicken dish was a standout. The peaceful location was a nice escape from daily life.

The room we stayed in was quite spacious and had a separate shower room and bathroom. the breakfast was really good and filled us up for our journey back home. the hotel was located in a rural area, which made it peaceful and quiet.

The bed in our room felt small, perhaps because of the tall cupboard next to it. We also had trouble getting the shower temperature down, and ended up not being able to take a shower.

Friendly staff, delicious lunch, comfortable rooms, excellent service. Accidentally left Kindle, owner kindly offered to send it. Lovely location, comfortable bed, great food, and above-and-beyond staff. Wedding reception room was large with comfortable bed and large TV. Breakfast was small but adequate, easy parking during the day. Nice pub with comfy rooms, good shower, excellent breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in a quiet village setting was perfect for a relaxing break. The room was lovely, warm, and clean, with a very comfy superking bed. We especially loved the private patio area, which was incredibly peaceful. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The staff, particularly Dora and Nicky, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere in the traditional pub was pleasant. We would definitely choose this place again for our next trip.

Spent Easter weekend at this countryside inn and it was fantastic. the room was impeccable, with stylish décor and comfortable amenities. the location was perfect for a relaxing holiday, surrounded by lush greenery and picturesque scenery. the staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. the traditional English breakfast was a real treat and they catered to dietary needs.

Although the overall experience was great, the check-in process could have been more organized and clearer. It was not immediately clear where to check-in and the process was not seamless.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience at this lovely inn in Wind In The Willows country. The location is perfect, nestled in a charming hamlet close to Reading. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast served in the dining area was delicious and satisfying. On top of everything, the view from our room was stunning.

I must mention that there was a minor issue with the toilet, but it wasn't a big problem for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
