I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the city center. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for a fun night out. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. In my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of tea, coffee, cookies, and even earplugs provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the best night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel. And the standout feature for me was the delicious English breakfast, with both regular and vegetarian options available.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. One night, I was woken up by a drunk girl walking home late.

The stay at North Hill exceeded my expectations. The value for money was excellent, with beautifully decorated and well-equipped rooms. The hotel's central location made it a breeze to access bars, restaurants, and the theatre. The staff were courteous and always available when needed.

Breakfast delights, but it could be improved with better attention to detail. My eggs Benedict had overcooked yolks and the muffin was cold, and I wasn't offered toast or any other accompaniments.

We had a fantastic time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. We especially loved the freshly brewed coffee, it really hit the spot in the morning. Lastly, the location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently close to the city center and easily accessible from the main road, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful.

The only downside we experienced was the lack of air conditioning in our room. As it was a particularly warm night, it did get a bit stuffy even with the provided fan.

We stayed at The North Hill Hotel for two nights and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance of all the attractions. Our room, number 4, was compact but well laid out, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure. The breakfast selection was top-notch, with delicious options to choose from. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was impeccably clean. We also appreciated the complimentary WiFi and the little extras like the kettle and water in the room.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay during my business trip. the hotel offers excellent breakfast with a variety of options and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. the location is key, being on the edge of the town centre and easy to reach. the car park across the road offers a great discount and is good value for money.

Although the stay was very comfortable, the rooms facing the street could be small and stuffy, with the window not able to open. But, staff was helpful to change to another room without any extra cost.
