The hotel was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that was incredibly comfortable. the rainforest shower in the room was a pleasant surprise, and the added extras like hair and body wash, conditioner, soap, and moisturizer were a nice touch. the location was fantastic, right on the high street but away from the busier shopping area, making it peaceful and convenient. the building exterior was lovely and the interior bar and dining areas were stylish and comfortable.

The room was stifling hot even with both windows open and the towel radiator off, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. there seemed to be some noise from other residents, which affected the overall tranquility.

The breakfast is cooked to perfection, and the bar and outside seating area are stylish and inviting.

The prices for the fish and chips are a bit steep.

Despite its central location, we appreciated that our room was very quiet and spacious. the bed was also very comfortable, and we loved the added touches like the complimentary toiletries provided. Plus, the staff were generally quite friendly.

We had to wait an unnecessarily long time for our order to be taken and then waited again for our food to arrive. On top of that, the toast was slow and our coffee was lukewarm.

The Northallerton Inn, part of the Inn Collection Group, provided an excellent stay. the breakfast was top-notch, and the Ukrainian waitress was brilliant. the rooms were beautifully furnished and spacious, with stylish decor throughout. the bar and outside seating area were wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the manager was especially impressive, handling a difficult situation with grace and efficiency. the location of the hotel on the high street was perfect, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to amenities. this newly opened hotel exceeded expectations.

The hotel is conveniently situated on the Main Street, near bus stops, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect right in the center of town on the main street near the bus stops. The staff were so lovely and accommodating even though they were busy, and they helped us get take away food delivered and supplied us with plates and cutlery. The room was spotlessly clean and had great amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the garden furniture. The welcome drink was a nice touch and made us feel valued as guests.
