The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Despite our room facing the road, we experienced no noise from traffic, thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The food was delicious, with a nice variety of craft beers and even an outstanding Expresso Martini. The hotel's popularity speaks to its quality, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a lovely stay at the Northumberland Arms Villa. the room was beautifully decorated and furnished, with great charm. the bathroom was huge and well-appointed, and I appreciated the toiletries and "duck" sponge that were provided. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was superb with plenty of choice at a reasonable price. I also loved the special treat basket for our dog, especially the new ball. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

I was especially impressed with the large and luxurious bathroom. the restaurant served delicious food with generous portions, and the bar offered a great selection of excellent beer. a fantastic experience.

We stayed at The Northumberland Arms for a quick stopover during our journey on the A1. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior design of the rooms, bar, and restaurant was impeccable. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh coffee, tea, milk, and homemade biscuits provided on our welcome tray, as well as the luxurious array of toiletries. We would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again.

The value for money at the Northumberland Arms in West Thirston was excellent. The room we stayed in, Brocklefield Market, was absolutely stunning and worth every penny. The attention to detail and cleanliness were outstanding. The staff treated us with utmost warmth and professionalism, especially Melissa who added a ray of sunshine to our stay. The location was perfect and the hotel had a great knowledge of the area and local attractions. The food, especially the fillet steak, was top-notch and unforgettable.

We stayed at the Northumberland Arms for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the room was modern and impeccably clean. The location was perfect for exploring Alnwick, Seahouses, and Cragside. The little touches, like complimentary home baked cookies and a duck shaped sponge in the bathroom, added a special charm to our stay. We also loved the unique wallpaper in the hallway and the delicious breakfast.
