This hotel is excellent for its value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident. The location, although a little out of the way, is great for those who want to be near the sea and close to family and restaurants. The hotel itself is very quiet at night and has a very pretty and expansive beer garden. The rooms are relaxing and waking up to a sunny morning is a treat. Also, the staff is friendly and there are often locals to chat with, giving the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The only minor issue was the noise from the pool table late at night.

I recently had a delightful stay at a lovely country pub in a picturesque Dorset village. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the stunning Jurassic coast and nearby Corfe castle. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. Not to mention, the food and beer served at the pub were absolutely delicious. The menu offered a nice assortment of dishes at reasonable prices, and the local beers and ciders were a fantastic addition to my dining experience. The rooms at this hotel were recently remodeled and had a comfortable homely feel, with beautifully comfortable bedding. In the morning, I enjoyed a generous and tasty Full English Breakfast. my stay here was excellent and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful getaway.

The staff were attentive, genuine, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The country pub atmosphere and the stunning views added to the overall charm of the hotel. I recently stayed at The Oak in Dewlish for a weekend getaway. The rural setting and quiet road made it the perfect escape. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the free parking was a plus. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The evening meal and beer at the on-site pub were outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious. the traditional hospitality and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning next year.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur le jardin et l'océan. L'hôte était incroyablement gentil et attentionné, nous proposant de bons conseils et toujours avec le sourire. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé, avec une connexion wifi efficace. De plus, le jardin était magnifiquement entretenu et offrait de nombreux coins cosy pour profiter d'un repas, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine était également très propre et il y avait un bar avec des boissons à des prix abordables. En termes de situation, cette résidence se trouvait dans un cadre magnifique, en bas du port et au pied de la colline, offrant une vue sur la baie.

A night at Oak at Dewlish exceeded our expectations. The charming inn provided a warm atmosphere and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was beautiful and allowed us to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The food was excellent, with our sirloin steak and sausages and mustard mash being particularly delicious. Our comfortable room was a pleasant surprise, and we were thrilled to discover swifts nesting just outside our window. a perfect stay that we would happily repeat.
