I absolutely loved my stay at Oaks Bed & Breakfast in Swaffham! Marcia and John were incredibly hospitable, making me feel right at home. The property itself was stunning, with a spacious garden and convenient on-site parking. My bedroom was tastefully furnished and had tea making facilities with fresh milk. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a double shower and a large bath with the option of using candles. The private lounge with an open fire and sky TV added to the homely atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit salad, homemade bread, and a delicious full English breakfast made to order. The freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice were the perfect start to my day. With the B&B catering to a small number of guests, I had a relaxed and leisurely experience. Oaks Bed & Breakfast offers excellent value for money and I will definitely return if I pass through again.

The breakfast at Oaks Bed & Breakfast was superb! The variety of options was impressive, from homemade breads to locally sourced sausages and bacon. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and the freshly squeezed orange juice. It was a delightful start to the day!

Although the lounge area had a TV, it would have been a nice addition to have a TV in the bedroom. However, this is a minor inconvenience, and it didn't detract from my overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Oaks Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of cereals, yogurt, tofu, raspberries, and a delicious full English cooked meal. The dining and lounge area were spacious and beautifully decorated with interesting artwork and lovely pottery. We also enjoyed the view of the garden and the goldfinches that visited. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
