The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely conservatory and garden seating area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even cooking a custom breakfast item for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location was perfect, as it was away from the noisy party scene, but still close to all the attractions on our itinerary. We were able to walk to the sea front in just 5 minutes, which was a great advantage. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely superb. The owners were very friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome.

We spent New Year at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The hosts were really welcoming and answered all our questions. The breakfast was fresh and filling, with lots of variety to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the local area - just a short walk to major attractions and public transportation. What we liked most about this hotel was the car park facility, which was a huge relief in the busy resort town.

We really struggled to find anything negative to say about this hotel. The only thing that could be improved was that we had to wait a bit longer than we would have liked for check-in.

Lovely quiet street location, only 5 minutes from Pleasure Beach. Beautiful, bright, and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Immaculately clean and tidy. Lots of extra special touches like hairdryer, clock radio, and a marvelous range of teas and hot drinks in the room. Helpful and pleasant staff. Kath and Rick provided good recommendations for places to visit during the stay. Great bed and breakfast at a high standard. Excellent breakfast. Parking available on-site. Owners were welcoming and friendly.
