The fresh, cracked eggs at brekkie were straight, up delish, and the room's spacious vibe was spot on. the friendly staff and easy check, in process were top, notch. the stench of ciggies in the office and the musty room scent were a letdown. Pros: the comforts of a big bed and a home, cooked meal hit the spot. the quiet surroundings and nearby digs like Buddha Stix and the Good Earth Cafe brought the flavor. As for parking kerfuffles and the reception MIA drama, bit of a bother, but didn't dim the Dunedin magic. Cheers! 🍳🌟.

I had a wonderful stay at a well-located motel. The room I stayed in was spotless and well-equipped. The facilities were excellent and I especially loved having access to Netflix. The bed in my room was a bit hard, but I understand that other rooms in the motel have more comfortable beds. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for things to do in the city. The motel was also conveniently situated, allowing me to park my car and explore many attractions on foot. Despite a few minor issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this motel and would recommend it to others.

Explored the stunning Garden of International Significance. Living Tropical Forest was a fun surprise. Learned about southern NZ's history at Otago Museum. Conveniently close to Otago University, Botanic Gardens, and Speights Brewery.

It was all superb.

The location of this motel was fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The proprietors were friendly and attentive, ensuring that the heat pump was turned on to warm up the room before my arrival. The motel also had excellent amenities, including a TV with Netflix and YouTube options.

The parking space provided was too narrow, leading to a couple of dents on my car door. It was also difficult to find street parking nearby, especially during a busy event.

We stayed at this hotel and it was just wonderful! The location was perfect - close to the centre of town and shops, and there were plenty of local sights to explore. The motel was conveniently located near the city center and university accommodations. the receptionist was welcoming and remembered my name during subsequent visits. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the room was light and comfortable.
