The tap water had a slightly strange taste, but this was easily remedied by providing more mineral water options for guests.

I had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Salisbury. The hosts, "Mrs M" and her family, were incredibly welcoming and made sure our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The guest home is updated and well-appointed, with comfortable private rooms and en suites. The gardens are beautiful and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The hearty English breakfast served was delicious, and the attention to detail in the guest house was evident. I highly recommend the Old House Guest House for a wonderful stay in Salisbury.

I had a very convenient and comfortable stay at the Old House Guest House. The room was clean and spacious, with a desk for me to work at. The food was delicious and the host family was welcoming without being intrusive. The ample car parking was a bonus, and the location was great for exploring Salisbury and the nearby cycle routes to Wilton and Amesbury.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome I received upon arrival at The Old House Guest House. The staff promptly took my luggage to my spacious and clean room, making me feel immediately at home. The bathroom facilities were spotless and the shower was excellent. One of the highlights of my stay was the helpfulness of the lady at the front desk, who gave me clear directions to my training course and even connected me with another guest attending the same course for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and cooked to order, with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, and beverages available. I also appreciated the personal touch of being "met" upon my return to the guest house at night. my stay at The Old House Guest House was comfortable, friendly, and had a charming atmosphere that you wouldn't find in a bigger hotel chain.

Although the street outside could get a bit noisy at times, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

Great spot close to all the Thanksgiving activities! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom had everything you could need, including some extras. The breakfast selection was excellent and kept us full all day.

The road outside was quite noisy and made it hard to sleep at night. , there were lots of stairs to navigate and no elevator, making it difficult for those with mobility issues.

The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit salad, a variety of cereals, and a delicious cooked English breakfast. The owners were lovely and created a warm atmosphere. Comfy beds, exceptional service, and a charming lounge area exceeded our expectations. The location was also great, with a scenic walk to the city center.

The road nearby can be quite busy, so it's important to close the windows at night or use earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The location near the city center, just a 20-minute walk from the cathedral, is very convenient. The breakfast, served with an excellent cafetière of coffee and homemade jam, is a delightful start to the day.
