The room we were given was absolutely beautiful, with a separate front door and stunning views. The furnishings were of a high standard and the bed was extremely comfortable. The evening meal was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the charming town center.

She seemed to be in a bad mood and was very unhelpful. We had to ask several times for basic things like cups for our tea/coffee and felt like we were inconveniencing her.

The room amenities were impressive; I had everything I needed, from a flat-screen TV to a cozy carpeted floor. Service here was top-notch - the staff were really friendly and gave excellent service in a pleasant polite manner. The in-room breakfast was a great touch, and the dining restaurant offered a delicious selection of food.
