The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by the most beautiful garden. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the river and garden. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the hosts was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection, including delicious cooked dishes, cereals, fruits, and even Cornish herbal tea. The hotel is located in a nice area of Cornwall, with plenty of things to see and do nearby.

The dining room played the same loud music repeatedly, which became a bit annoying until we requested it to be lowered.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the room overlooking the garden was lovely and was filled with thoughtful touches like sherry, a hot water bottle, and a tea pot. the breakfasts were amazing and kept us full all day. the staff were incredibly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. the owners even went above and beyond by driving us to our destination. We will definitely recommend this B&B and would love to visit again. the bistro food and service were also exceptional. an excellent experience.

We enjoyed a superb dinner at the hotel's Bistro, which had beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel also had a picturesque garden by a river, which added to the overall charm.

The room was comfortable and well-stocked, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the friendly hosts was top-notch, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast, with a variety of locally sourced options. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking a serene garden and river. I highly recommend trying the bistro, which is run by the owners' son and offers delectable dishes.

The wine prices at the bistro were a bit steep.

we had a great experience at old mill house bed & breakfast. from the moment we arrived, debbie, the owner, made us feel welcome. the location was convenient, with a car park just across the road. the room was clean and warm, and it was clear that they had put effort into decorating since they bought the place 18 months ago. the breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed a fantastic meal at their on-site restaurant. overall, debbie and ashley were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we felt like part of the family.
