The Jug And Bottle was excellent value for money with a clean, quiet and comfortable room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Heswall, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, it is a short walk away from Dawstone Park, offering stunning views of the Dee and Welsh hills. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with comfortable beds. The breakfast is of excellent quality, with a variety of options available.

Some minor maintenance issues were noted, such as curtain rehanging and a wobbly toilet roll holder.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the friendly and efficient staff who provided great service throughout our visit. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the bedding being excellent and ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. the location was ideal for our needs, offering a quiet atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. the food served, especially the breakfast and lunch, were excellent, providing a good choice that satisfied our taste buds.

While overall our stay was enjoyable, we did have a couple of minor issues. the room felt a bit cramped, and the curtains didn't completely block out the bright floodlights outside, which affected our sleep quality.

We recently stayed at a newly refurbished hotel where we enjoyed the bar and restaurant's special atmosphere. the beautiful and comfortable bedrooms combined with superb food made our city trip a memorable one. We especially recommend the sharing platter for two and the coconut and sweet potato soup. Another advantage is the location, which offered easy access to key attractions in the area.

Despite the charming look of the hotel's fabric, we couldn't help but notice that parts of the hotel look slightly tired and need a bit of maintenance work. Nevertheless, this did not affect our overall impression, and we still found the hotel to be a great value for money option with a friendly ambiance.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location and secure bike storage at this charming accommodation. The spotless rooms, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable beds were an absolute delight. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The excellent breakfast and food quality were the cherry on top. We will definitely be returning!
