Free entry to the Model Village, central location in Bourton, beautifully restored historical features

The steep and narrow stairs are a hassle for those with luggage!!! Parking fees can be confusing and unclear!!! It would be nice to have evening meals available on Sundays!!! Dinner options could be improved for variety!!!

Room was a bit cold when I arrived, had to sort windows out. But breakfast was sweet as, heaps of choice! Chur for that!

Breakfast was outstanding, especially the full English. The cozy pub had a warm atmosphere with a real fire, making it a delightful place to unwind after a day of exploring Bourton.

my recent stay at the old new inn was fantastic. having visited bourton-on-the-water as a child, i was delighted by the renovated charm of this place. the exceptional breakfast choices and the warm atmosphere really exceeded my expectations during this trip.

Limited parking kinda stinks, but the overall vibe? Levels above. Can't wait to come back and soak it all in again.

this quaint little inn boasts charm but lacks basic courtesy. no one offered help with my bags up two tight flights, and the service charge was absurd, especially in such a small town. I almost left a great review, but the missing welcome gift really soured my experience.

the old new inn is perfectly located, close to numerous attractions and offers a delightful atmosphere with a cozy bar and exceptional meals. the staff always greeted us warmly and the room was impeccably maintained.

wifi could be improved, and the tapas menu is hit-or-miss. 🥺
