Great BBQ and friendly staff

I recently stayed at a hotel in Seaton and had a wonderful experience. Despite it being a Bank Holiday Sunday, the hotel offered a delicious BBQ for just £10 per person. The food was excellent and definitely value for money. The staff were also very friendly and helpful during our stay. Although the weather caused a bit of disruption and there was a loud band playing in the bar, we were able to enjoy our meal in the quieter area. The bar itself was also a highlight, offering a great selection of real ales. I had a very good time at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

What a great city break! the hotel was located in an ideal spot, close to all the main attractions and transportation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. We also loved the fact that breakfast was included in our stay and it was delicious, especially the fresh pastries and coffee!

The room we stayed in was a bit small and could have used more closet space. the Wi-Fi was spotty in our room, making it difficult to get some work done.

In the pretty gardens on a crossroads with noisy tractors working hard to get harvest in before the rain so worked late, The Old Pheasant is a lovely old Rutland pub. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and really lovely. The food was very good but beware the portions are large! The location is in a beautiful part of the world, with a nice outdoor seating area.

The bathroom seemed a little tired, with a large crack in the bath surround and no loo paper holder.

The Old Pheasant was definitely worth the money - spotless rooms, comfortable decor, and quality amenities. The location had a great country vibe, and the staff went above and beyond in their friendliness and helpfulness.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a beautiful part of the world. The courtyard beer garden is absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing with a drink. The staff here are so friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is delicious and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms may be on the small side, but the comfy beds make up for it. The location right on the A47 makes it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

We had a great experience at the Old Pheasant. the staff in the bar and upon arrival were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were spacious, especially for a family stay, with a separate attached bedroom. the king bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with nice amenities. the pub food was good, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. the location was convenient, and we appreciated the on-site parking. the Old Pheasant was also very dog-friendly, which was a bonus for us.

However, the hotel itself is a beautiful part of the world, with a lovely garden and easy access to Rockingham motor speedway.

The location is not ideal, as it is situated on a busy crossroads with noisy tractors working late into the night.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The room was spacious and had a separate sitting area, which was a nice bonus. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to a variety of amenities and attractions.

One major drawback was the excessive heat in the room. Even with all the windows open, it was still uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to sleep.
