My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the location in the centre of town was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful harbour. the restaurant served delicious meals, and breakfast was a real highlight, with freshly cooked options available. the bar area had a cozy, old-fashioned pub vibe that I really enjoyed. the housekeeping was top-notch, and the room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and great amenities.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the parking situation. It would be beneficial if clearer instructions were provided regarding where guests can park.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and in line with the quality of service and amenities provided. One highlight was the comfortable queen-sized bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of the charming town.

We had an amazing Christmas stay in this charming hotel by the sea. the view from our cozy room was simply breathtaking, with a bonus of being able to catch a glimpse of a famous filming location. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the breakfasts were delicious and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. the rooms could use a bit of a touch-up, as there were some cracks on the walls that were a bit of an eyesore.

the room, which I stayed in, called the French Room, was warm, cosy. As a bonus, I could even see the famous Doc Martin cottage from my window. the location of the hotel was excellent, with convenient parking and within easy walking distance of Doc Martin sites, restaurants, souvenir shops, and the charming slipway. I also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the nearby pub, Golden Lion, and the warm welcome I received from the locals.

We had a magical stay at the Old School Hotel. The cozy History Room with its quirky bath/shower under the staircase added charm to our experience. The staff took great care of us and the food and hospitality were exceptional. The location in beautiful Port Isaac was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful harbor of a charming coastal town. the room was cozy and perfect for a romantic escape. the food was delicious with plenty of options for breakfast that kept us fueled up for the day's activities.

The walls were so thin that we could hear every movement and sound from the neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time together in privacy.

The hotel is perfectly located on the hills, providing stunning views of Port Isaac down into the bay. The décor is inviting and clean throughout, with exceptionally comfy beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a variety of options. Guests can enjoy the peaceful setting and plenty of storage in the rooms.

The bathroom lacks a proper shower, making it inconvenient for guests.

I planned for just one night but ended up extending my stay to three. the staff were amazingly friendly and provided excellent service from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. the historic building has been tastefully adapted and offers stunning cliff top views. My French Room was warm and cosy, with a magnificent sea view and an added bonus of overlooking the famous Doc Martin cottage. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Doc Martin sites, restaurants, souvenir shops, and overlooking the slipway. the nearby Golden Lion pub and locals were incredibly friendly.
