peak hotel in castleton was a great find for my summer holidays! the location is stunning, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is warm and welcoming. i loved the convenience of the parking opposite and the cozy pub atmosphere. definitely recommended for a memorable stay!

Lovely lunch

I stopped in at the Peak Hotel after a long walk in Castleton. The cozy atmosphere with the roaring log burner was perfect to warm up and relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service. The lunch I had was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place for a meal. Plus, they are very dog-friendly, which is a bonus. If you park in the car park opposite and spend £10 at the Peak Hotel, they will refund all your parking charge! I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peak Hotel. Came for the Queen tribute band at the nearby Cave and it was a short walk back to a warm, comfortable room on a cold, rainy night. The quirky and interesting hotel had spacious rooms, great value for money, and delicious burgers and fries in the pub. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was spot on. Loved it!

The value for money was great, with a fabulous room featuring a four poster bed and a gorgeous bathroom with an amazing shower. The hotel's location in the centre of town was perfect for exploring the peak district, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The morning meal could have been improved with the addition of bottled water.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the beautiful village of Castleton. The 4-poster en suite room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. The owner personally checked in to ensure everything was perfect. The reserved parking across the road with security lighting was very convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and provided superb hospitality.

Spent a wonderful weekend at a charming country inn. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, and near famous landmarks. The rooms were cozy, characterized by a rustic style mixed with modern amenities, very clean, that guarantees a relaxing stay in a countryside atmosphere. The staff was so friendly, with excellent service and treatment, always ready to give useful advice.

Could hear some noise from outside which didn't allow for a sound sleep. The hotel has rooms above the bar, thus if you're sensitive to noise, it can feel a little intense.

I had a delightful lunch at Peak Hotel. The vegan chili and nachos were outstanding, and my husband loved the devil's arse burger. Our dog even received biscuits from the staff. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.
