I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just off M4 exit 14, yet still peaceful with lovely views of the Berkshire Downs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my husband's strict low-fat diet. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, fluffy robes, and towels. The dining experience was superb, with a variety of options on the menu and a great selection of wines and beers. The bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi and parking were also a bonus.

I can't think of any negatives about this place. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to my family.

The food was superb, with a great selection of vegetarian options that were full of flavor and beautifully presented. The complimentary snacks in the room were a nice touch, and the staff even went above and beyond by noticing and indulging my love for Scotch Eggs. The thoughtful details, like wall sconces for lighting, added to the overall enjoyable experience.

Lovely Surprise and Delicious Food

We stumbled upon this gem on our way home and what a pleasant surprise it was! The warm and cozy atmosphere instantly made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was not only spacious but beautifully decorated as well. We were delighted to find a variety of teas and freshly ground coffee, along with a percolator to brew the coffee to perfection. The addition of take-away coffee cups was a thoughtful touch.

Awful service, had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our order to be taken and for the food to arrive. the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive.

The option for bar snacks in the evening was limited, with only crisps or nuts available.

As long-term business travelers, we were impressed with the fantastic breakfast options, including delicious smoked trout and eggs. The staff was brilliant and the service was timely and efficient. The modern and tastefully decorated atmosphere, ample parking space, and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at the Pheasant Inn for one night on our way back to London. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean rooms. the pub downstairs was a great feature, and we enjoyed delicious meals at affordable prices. the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We also loved the fact that we could watch Netflix in the rooms and the amazing showers. a wonderful experience.

Had a fantastic stay at a modern, stylish and spotless hotel. The restaurant served fine food and the bar was a great place to relax. The location was convenient for travelers and the breakfast was continental style. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ken the barman. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pheasant Inn for two nights. The secluded location off the M4 provided a beautifully quiet atmosphere. Our room was first class with many quality personal touches. The staff were welcoming and fell in love with our blind dog. Breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended!
