We had a delightful time at a lovely little local pub near to the centre of town. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was quite nice, and the pub itself had a great atmosphere. Plus, the location was perfect, as it was very close to a beautiful country park where we could go for walks.

There was some noise from outside and cigarette smoke if the windows were open.

The value for money at the Pilot Inn was great, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to Beachy Head and the Downs.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The spacious and well-furnished rooms with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and good bathroom facilities. The food in the pub is excellent with a wide choice of wines available. The presence of a well-behaved resident dog adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

We stayed at The Pilot Inn for our visit to the Beachy Head lighthouse. The hosts were lovely, the room was clean with a huge bathroom, and the location was perfect for our walk. Despite being on the road, it was not noisy, and the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pub itself was charming. a lovely accommodation in a great setting for exploring the South Downs Way.

The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and near beautiful attractions like Beachy Head.

The parking space was limited and it could get tight during busy seasons.

The location was great, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. the food was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast, offering a wide range of options.

The recently refurbished rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. the large bathroom with a window and spacious shower was a great feature. the staff behind the bar were welcoming and offered to reserve a table for us for dinner, which we gladly accepted. the food at the restaurant was excellent, including the breakfast, and the service was impeccable. the location was perfect, close to the sea and all of the attractions and amenities in the area. the atmosphere in the pub and garden was charming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the private car park was a convenient bonus. Pilot Inn exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.
