The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel, right in the town centre, was perfect for exploring the area, especially the nearby castle.

the plough in alnwick exceeded my expectations during my recent stay. the bar and restaurant had an incredible selection of gins and whiskies, and the menu featured delicious locally sourced food. the friendly service and excellent breakfast made for a fantastic overall experience.

The hotel is located right in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring the local attractions and restaurants. The rooms are well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a very large and comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming stay. Moreover, the breakfast included in the price offers very large portions and perfectly cooked eggs, leaving you satisfied and ready for the day.

Some noise from the nearby restaurant during early morning preparation work, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely little hotel in a great location. The central location was perfect for exploring the area, especially for the wedding we attended at the nearby Tree House. The breakfasts were delicious, and the bar area was very nice with outdoor seating. The supervisor, Charlotte, was friendly and helpful. Although the room was a bit hot due to the weather, it was warm and comfortable. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

My recent stay was great! the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I loved the location, it was very close to the main attractions, making it easy to see everything. the breakfast was really good and offered a great selection of food, which I thought was fantastic. the room was spacious and had an amazing shower that just felt amazing after a long day.

While the hotel had some great features, the bed was uncomfortable and I didn't sleep very well at night. the street noise in the early morning was a little loud and difficult to ignore.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Plough. the location was excellent and the breakfast served in the restaurant was great. I also enjoyed the good food served in the restaurant and the nice bar on the ground floor. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. the Nespresso coffee maker in the room was a nice touch and added convenience to my stay. the facilities at the hotel were very good, and I particularly liked the style and décor.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located just around the corner from a famous castle and gardens. The hotel was close to the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and all the necessary facilities. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast had plenty of choices. It was also nice to have a cookie as a welcome treat.

We were disappointed by the lack of available menu options for dinner.
