I had the most delightful stay at a B&B in a great location. My room had a lovely sea view, and the furnishings were interesting and artistic. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the full English breakfast was superb. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I would definitely recommend a visit. I highly recommend this B&B.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. Our luggage was taken to our room while we enjoyed a complimentary drink. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a fully stocked mini bar. The location was perfect, surrounded by great bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to the town center. Breakfast each morning was a treat with a delicious selection to choose from. Despite the small size of the room, our overall experience at Hastings House was fabulous. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends. a great stay!

Located by the seaside in southern England, this hotel offers the perfect beach getaway. With a bus route nearby, exploring the area is easy. The outdoor area provides a relaxing spot to enjoy the beach, just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and have extra features like dressing gowns and a radio. The breakfast options are up to date and tasty, with good quality bread for toast.

The room could have been larger, but considering it was booked last minute, it was still a decent option.

I recently stayed at a lovely B&B in Hastings for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready hours before check-in time, and it was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the provision of dressing gowns, slippers, and a hairdryer was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view of the seafront from the dining area was simply breathtaking. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, comfort, and attention to detail at this B&B.

We stayed at a wonderful hotel during our holiday. The location was fantastic, with nearby attractions and easy access to Hastings Town. The room was beautifully furnished and on par with boutique hotels in London and other cities. The bathroom was spacious and had a luxurious roll top bath. We also enjoyed the quirky artwork and high ceilings in the dining room. it was a fantastic experience.

The room did get a bit warm during the heat wave, but it was a common issue in the area.

The hotel was spotless and cozy, with an excellent view of the park and pier. the location is just perfect, within an easy walk to many attractions. We loved the personal service during breakfast, especially the attention to detail. the bathroom products provided were high-quality and a real plus.

The breakfast, cooked to order, was delicious and served with fresh coffee and juice. The hotel also offered free wifi and had a well-decorated reception and dining area.

One small downside was the limited availability of free parking, as it was shared with other nearby hotels and B&Bs.
