It would have been nice if a few more amenities were provided in the rooms, such as water, biscuits, and soap.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The food, especially the fish and chips, was amazing. Varied menu with local produce and excellent ale from their microbrewery. A beautiful location to explore the Surrey hills.

Had a lovely Easter break in Surrey. the hotel was in a great location, close to beautiful hiking trails and scenic spots. the accommodation was comfortable, with a cozy and warm atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The service at the hotel was a bit slow and understaffed, which led to delays in our requests being attended to. the food at the restaurant was hit or miss, with some meals being average in taste and quality.

Positive aspects of our stay at The Plough Inn in Dorking included: delicious breakfast, friendly staff, tasty food and drinks at the pub, amazing pastries at the local shop, homemade steak pies, pleasant local walks and cycling.

I stayed at The Plough at Coldharbour for one night while on my way to work. Aoife, the staff member who greeted me, was absolutely lovely. The room was cozy and warm, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pub, which is a charming 17th-century building, served delicious home-cooked food, including a fantastic steak and ale pie. Breakfast was equally delightful, with tasty dishes made from quality ingredients. The location, nestled in the middle of the national forest, was beautiful, and I enjoyed spotting wildlife on my way back to work. I thoroughly loved my stay at The Plough.

Spacious room, delicious food, peaceful location. Friendly staff, especially the Irish receptionist/waitress. Excellent shower. Good value for money. Most dog-friendly place I've ever been.

We spent a weekend at a hotel a few miles away from Gatwick Airport and it was conveniently located near the countryside and the city center. the room was equipped with comfortable bedding and a decent bathroom. the check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. the highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was a mix of continental and English breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

Our experience was not entirely positive as there were some issues with noise and cleanliness. We were disturbed by noise from a party that went on late into the night, which made it hard for us to sleep.
