Loved staying here for Thanksgiving! the treats in the room were a nice touch, especially the complimentary orange juice and fruit. the location was perfect; right across from the bus route and had a great atmosphere. One of the best aspects was definitely the staff, who were so friendly and welcoming upon our arrival.

The breakfast options were limited to just porridge, fruit, and juice. it wasn't clear that the food is only available after 6 pm, meaning we missed out on the discount.

Our room at the Princess Victoria was beautifully decorated and had a luxurious bathroom with a large rainfall shower. The bed was big and comfortable, and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The staff welcomed us warmly and provided complimentary juice, water, fruit, and porridge. We enjoyed the 50% off food at the pub, which was outstanding. we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were beautifully decorated with stunning pictures on the walls, creating a lovely ambiance. The facilities were excellent, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. Lastly, the location above a pub on the lively Uxbridge Road added character and convenience, with easy access to transport links. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast - simply delicious!

All was well - no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is conveniently located on a bus route, providing easy access to the Shepherds Bush Market tube station and the bustling area we wanted to explore. it is close to the Shepherds Bush empire, where we were attending a concert that evening. The room was attractively decorated and the bed was comfortable.

The walls of the hotel were quite thin, making it difficult for light sleepers like myself to get a good night's rest.
