Having recently stayed at this hotel in Tenterden, I was impressed by the impeccable housekeeping and the warm welcome from the staff. the design of the rooms, as well as the restaurant, was charming and cozy. the large shower in the room, complete with high, quality toiletries and provided hairdryer and straighteners, added a touch of luxury to the stay. the food at the restaurant was not only visually appealing but also made with top, notch ingredients, leaving a lasting impression. the continental breakfast was a delightful start to the day, with a simple yet elegant presentation. the friendly staff, including Shona and Andrew, made the experience even more enjoyable, and the presence of the adorable resident dogs was a lovely touch.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, one area for improvement could be the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, especially during hot days. Providing fans or addressing the issue of traffic noise when windows are opened would greatly enhance the comfort of the guests.
