I had an incredible stay at this hotel in the charming village of Middleham. The location is perfect, right opposite the castle, allowing for a fun afternoon exploring. The attention to detail in the rooms was outstanding, with lovely touches and a view of the racehorse strings on their way to the gallops. The breakfast was delicious, with real milk provided in the room and an extra sausage to start the day off right.

All was excellent, no improvements needed.

Opposite Middleham Castle, the location is simply stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bright, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfasts are delicious, cooked to perfection. The view from the rooms of the castle and the horses heading to the gallops is truly mesmerizing.

The antique shops in the village may get busy, so it's advisable to book ahead to secure a table.

The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast, freshly cooked with locally sourced ingredients. Chris and Sarah, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings of the Dales. It truly is a friendly and welcoming part of the world.

They even accommodated my request to change rooms and booked a table for my evening meal. The room itself was absolutely special, beautifully decorated and with luxurious bedding. The breakfast was delicious and served in a bright and inviting room. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable break.

Sarah and Chris were excellent hosts, making us feel right at home. They even went above and beyond by offering to drive us back to our hotel where we had left our car the previous night. the breakfast was superb, with plenty of options for gluten-free guests like myself. the rooms were beautifully decorated and luxurious, with lovely views of the castle. the lounge was cozy and welcoming, especially with the warm fireplace. Sarah and Chris were always available for a chat or to offer local information, but also respected our privacy. We highly recommend Priory Bed & Breakfast, and we can't wait to visit again!

Spent new year's at this hotel and it was amazing. the breakfast was delicious, made with locally sourced ingredients. the room was beautifully decorated and had top-quality fixtures. What I loved most was the owners' kindness and extra attention to detail, they were wonderful hosts. the hotel was located in a great spot, with easy access to local pubs and shops. the views from the hotel were stunning too, and made our stay even more memorable.

Friendly hosts, warmly welcomed our dog. Great breakfast watching race horses go by. Gorgeous room with castle view, comfy bed, nice bath. Perfect for special occasions. Will return.
