We got amazing value for our money at Queen Matilda Country Rooms. The room was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home. The location was convenient for exploring the area.

The morning meal could have been improved with more flavor in the dishes.

I had a truly relaxing stay in the spacious room located in the orchard; it felt secluded and private. The well-appointed bathroom with a large shower was a bonus. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and the packed breakfast bag was a thoughtful gesture. The location in the beautiful Cotswolds allowed me to explore the charming nearby villages easily. I also enjoyed the cooked-to-order and delicious breakfast options.

The thin walls between the rooms, which made it easy to hear noises from neighboring guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Queen Matilda Country Rooms. the room was excellent and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. the breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the USB sockets in the room. the shower was also fantastic, giving me some inspiration for my own bathroom renovation. the location was perfect for me, and the hosts, Lynne and Mat, have done a great job with the property. I would highly recommend a visit to Westonbirt in the Autumn.

What an amazing place! The room at Queen Matilda Country Rooms was perfect - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The town where the hotel is located is absolutely charming, and I can't wait to explore it more on my next visit. The hotel is located in a picturesque village and my spacious room was beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and stylish. The highlight for me was the delicious cooked-to-order breakfast, which kept me energized all morning. The owners and staff were warm and welcoming, and they even helped organize a taxi for our wine tasting excursion. I can't speak highly enough of this gorgeous B&B.

The room was clean and well-equipped, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The food was exceptional, with high-quality cooking and a variety of delicious options. The choice of real ale and house Malbec was excellent. The young staff were delightful and check-in was easy. The breakfasts were generous and tasty, and the main meals were outstandingly presented and flavorful.

The worst aspect of our experience was the thinness of the walls. We could hear every word of the conversation from the neighboring room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
