A truly unique experience feeling like I was living in a treehouse. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and dark for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place! The location was amazing, just a short walk from the beach and all the great restaurants and bars. The hotel had all the facilities we needed, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They even provided extra amenities when we asked for them. The pool and spa area was bigger than we expected, and the room itself was huge with a large balcony to match. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the reception staff were always friendly and willing to assist.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. The location was great, in a nice area close to the beach and restaurants. The facilities offered a nice pool and spa area, and there was even a pizza night during the week. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was great that we had our own outdoor kitchenette.

Our Christmas experience was marred by a few negative aspects. The pool was not heated, so we were unable to enjoy it during our stay.

We had a fantastic time at our accommodation in Palm Cove. The location was perfect - just a short stroll from the main strip and the beautiful beach. The resort had a wonderful tropical garden, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing us with all the necessary amenities. The pool area was a great spot for unwinding, and we even enjoyed some wood fire pizza nights there. It truly felt like a little oasis just off the bustling esplanade.

We did experience some noise from other guests during our stay.

The surroundings have a lush rainforest feel, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good lighting and comfortable amenities. The hotel also offers a beautiful pool and spa, as well as a large outdoor BBQ area for guests to enjoy.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from improved maintenance, such as cleaning up fallen leaves and updating the furniture in the rooms.
