Close to Palm Cove main area with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. Being close to the main part of Palm Cove allowed us easy access to restaurants and cafes. Parking our hire car on site was convenient. Some aspects to improve include the lack of privacy in the bathroom and the need for better storage space in the rooms.

The bathroom features a spa bath for two, separated from the bedroom by wooden sliding doors. It felt like a luxurious private oasis in the midst of a rainforest retreat. Soaking in the warm bubbles under the canopy of trees was pure bliss.

Limited WiFi connectivity.

We enjoyed the feeling of staying in an intimate treetop villa resort surrounded by lush palms and tall trees overlooking the pool. the hotel had very close proximity to everything, making it convenient for exploring the area. the staff were responsive and willing to answer our questions about attractions and visiting the Barrier Reef, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional.

Everything was just perfect.

A truly unique experience feeling like I was living in a treehouse. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and dark for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place! The location was amazing, just a short walk from the beach and all the great restaurants and bars. The hotel had all the facilities we needed, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They even provided extra amenities when we asked for them. The pool and spa area was bigger than we expected, and the room itself was huge with a large balcony to match. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the reception staff were always friendly and willing to assist.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent Christmas at this hotel. the location was great, in a nice area close to the beach and restaurants. the facilities offered a nice pool and spa area, and there was even a pizza night during the week. the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was great that we had our own outdoor kitchenette.

Our Christmas experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us when we brought up the issue.

We had a fantastic time at our accommodation in Palm Cove. The location was perfect - just a short stroll from the main strip and the beautiful beach. The resort had a wonderful tropical garden, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing us with all the necessary amenities. The pool area was a great spot for unwinding, and we even enjoyed some wood fire pizza nights there. It truly felt like a little oasis just off the bustling esplanade.

We did experience some noise from other guests during our stay.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from improved maintenance, such as cleaning up fallen leaves and updating the furniture in the rooms.
