The warm welcome I received upon arrival was truly exceptional. The staff, particularly Jake, Adam, and John, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a luxury hotel. The breakfast was delicious and hearty, with a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The location, with the lovely outdoor seating area by the creek, added an extra touch of charm to the experience. The Queen Phillippa truly knows how to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing me early access to my room so I could attend a wedding on the island. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. I was impressed to find soya milk provided on the tea tray, something I hadn't even been offered at a four-star hotel. The shower had hot and plentiful water, and the towels were thick and fluffy. The highlight of my stay was the delicious cooked breakfast with perfectly poached eggs. The hotel also had a great seating area by the creek, making it a lovely spot to enjoy the beautiful weather. I considered the hotel to be excellent value for money.

The Queen Phillippa was an exceptional B&B. The staff were wonderful, friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and evening menu were delicious, with top-quality food. The location was convenient, with beautiful views of the tidal creek. The garden area with tables, chairs and a TV was a nice addition. a well-run, well-decorated and friendly spot for a few nights.

Great location near the train station, easy to get around. the staff was nice and offered tea or coffee upon arrival. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and the good quality towels.

Breakfast wasn't included in the room price and was quite expensive for what it offered. There was no restaurant in the hotel and no room service available.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the server was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a convenient parking area.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly and there was no remote control to adjust it. This made for an uncomfortable and stuffy night, especially since we were asked not to open the windows.
