We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily visit local places of interest, with the train station close by as well. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the friendly welcome drink upon arrival to the attentive housekeeping throughout our stay. The room amenities, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi, added to our comfort and convenience. We also enjoyed spending time outside in the garden area, which had comfortable furniture and a lovely picnic setup. The delicious homemade food served in the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area was a highlight of our stay. The staff were always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, even offering to help with carrying our bags.

Although our overall experience was great, the only small complaint we have is that the organization could be improved. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable hotel stay.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even offered to set up an extra bed in our room for our elderly friend, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with comfy beds and spotlessly clean surroundings. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, with a varied menu that satisfied all our taste buds. We had a minor issue with the noise from a neighboring room and a boiler, but it didn't significantly impact our stay. Despite this, we would still recommend this place to our friends without hesitation.

The outdoor views were stunning and added to the relaxed vibe of the location. the spacious room with modern decor was a highlight, as well as the friendly staff who were always on hand to help. Location-wise, it was very easy to access local places of interest and the nearby train station was very handy.

The hotel lacked a tourist information service, which would have been helpful for guests looking to explore the area. the shared wifi signal was also a negative, as it could be rather poor due to the usage of the bar and restaurant customers.

We had a wonderful stay at Queens At Horton. the attention to detail throughout the beautifully decorated rooms was impressive. the staff made us feel so welcome, from the helpful receptionist who provided information about breakfast and dining options, to the friendly bar staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. the food was fantastic, with a great selection for my gluten-free friend. the location in the outskirts of Telford was easily accessible, and the breakfast, cooked to order, was the best English breakfast I've had in a long time. a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

Everything was fantastic.

the manager was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making us feel most welcome. the room was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the full-English breakfast which was delicious and generously portioned. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to secure a last-minute dinner reservation for us. a fantastic experience.
