This hotel offers excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering its convenient location near the centre of the city. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable, with a big comfy bed and basic amenities. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially in the rainforest shower and the availability of a decent-sized bath.

I found this hotel to be satisfactory.

stayed here many times and love it! friendly staff, great location, and got upgraded to a bigger room this time. a bottle of wine as a bonus for a broken TV was a nice touch. overall, a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

Iron never arrived during our stay.

We got great value for our money at Racquet Club Aparthotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better is if there were more options available.

We loved the quirky, club-like atmosphere and the interesting building. The staff were friendly and welcoming with a smile. The room had a big comfy bed and a freestanding bath, which was a huge plus. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything. good value for money.

The value for money at the Racquet Club Aparthotel was excellent and the room was comfortable and cozy with a lovely bathroom. The location was fantastic, close to the main attractions and just a short walk to the HM Passport office. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The continental breakfast could use some improvement, especially in terms of the variety of items offered.

The location was fantastic, right in the town centre within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Parking was convenient with a nearby NCP car park. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were amazing - super friendly and always up for a chat. The hotel had a unique and quirky decor with interesting pieces of furniture. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the market stalls at Pier Head and the vibrant bars and cafes nearby.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with dust on the furniture and even leftover items from previous guests. The bathroom also had some issues, like chipped paint and a broken shower door.

This hotel is centrally located and handy for everything. The staff are really lovely and the service was great. The rooms, although a little tired looking, had basic amenities and a nice bathroom with a rainforest shower. With a bit of care and attention to detail, this hotel could be amazing. it's good value for money.

The decor in the hotel could use some updating.
