This hotel offers excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering its convenient location near the centre of the city. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable, with a big comfy bed and basic amenities. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially in the rainforest shower and the availability of a decent-sized bath.

stayed here many times and love it! friendly staff, great location, and got upgraded to a bigger room this time. a bottle of wine as a bonus for a broken TV was a nice touch. overall, a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

The staff were amazing - super friendly and always up for a chat. the hotel had a unique and quirky decor with interesting pieces of furniture. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the market stalls at Pier Head and the vibrant bars and cafes nearby.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with dust on the furniture and even leftover items from previous guests. the bathroom also had some issues, like chipped paint and a broken shower door.
