Great staff, responsive and kind. Good-sized room with modern decor. Minimal noise despite being on a busy street. Well-equipped with abundant food and drinks in the fridge for breakfast. Nice pub downstairs, music stops at 11 p.m.

The noise from planes flying by every 5 minutes was unbearable, especially during the hot weekend. Noisy nights and poor soundproofing made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Red Cow in Richmond. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the river and surrounded by great cafes. the room was spacious and airy, with incredibly comfortable beds and fluffy cotton sheets. We were pleasantly surprised by how well soundproofed the room was, as we didn't hear any noise from the pub or passing traffic. the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. And we can't forget to mention the amazing food available in the pub.
