This hotel had everything we needed and wanted. The room was lovely, tidy, and comfortable with great facilities like a fridge and TV with Netflix. The location was very close to both the town center and the beach, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and provided good communication before our arrival.

We were extremely impressed with our stay at this four-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, being just a short walk from the train station and close enough to easily reach the Quay and the town center. The staff provided excellent service and the housekeeping was exceptional. Our room had all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar. We were pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made it convenient for us to stay connected. The flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries were also nice touches that added to the overall comfort of our stay.

The service here was first class, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They kindly let us stay after check-out time in their comfy lounge, so we could watch the rugby World Cup semi-final. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar, were all top-notch. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained.
