The helpful staff were amazing, going above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and showing us the way to the car park. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

The lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient, especially for older guests. the noise from the nearby market stalls being set up in the early morning disrupted our sleep.

Exceptionally helpful staff, delicious Indian evening meal, comfortable and clean bedrooms, spacious market room with great view, air conditioning and fans provided.

My room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated as the temperature was high. Lovely bathroom with a shower cubicle. Fans provided. Comfy beds. Laura and John, the staff, were hospitable and kind to my parents, who had a nostalgic connection to the place. Outdoor area with tables and chairs was great for people-watching and mingling with the locals. Fantastic Indian restaurant on-site. Good breakfast served in the hotel. Air conditioning in the pub and restaurant.

I stayed at the Red Lion for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me, right in the middle of town. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed and the staff were incredibly friendly. The pub attached to the hotel had a great selection of beers and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The best part was the comfortable bed - I had an excellent night's sleep. a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose to stay at the Red Lion again if I'm in the area.

This hotel is superb! the location is perfect as it is right in the heart of town, with everything you need just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. And did I mention the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had an amazing xmas break at this hotel. the staff members were extraordinary, giving out a friendly vibe. the room was packed with all modern facilities, making me feel at home.
