The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, perfect for a city break. the staff were friendly, accommodating and professional, making the stay enjoyable. the hotel is conveniently located near public transport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which made exploring the city a breeze.

Initially, the first room assigned to us had some issues, but the hotel quickly resolved the problem and moved us to a pleasant room. the staff could have been more helpful when it came to adjusting the bill for the room with a different bed size and allowing a late check-out request.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was great, in a good area of the city and just a short walk to many main sightseeing attractions like the Natural History and V&A museums. The service was exceptional, from the room amenities to the dining options. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more efficient in their service, responding brilliantly to our request for different bedding.

The superior double room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good storage space, and tea/coffee making facilities. The single rooms may be small, but they contain all the essentials with good quality oak furniture. a great stay with a good location.

the room we were given was quite small and the bed placement was uncomfortable. the bathroom was also small, and the shower was even smaller, with poor water pressure and temperature control.

The hotel is conveniently located in a charming neighborhood. It has easy access to the Underground and is on the bus route to several attractions like Harrods and Hyde Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Sadly, there was no baby chair in the room, which made feedings quite challenging.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in a bustling city. Loved the sunlight streaming through my window every morning. the hotel was in a prime location, with restaurants and pubs just a few minutes' walk away. Free breakfast and evening drinks were a lovely gesture by the hotel management.

The bed was a bit lumpy and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. the shower was a little cramped and the showerhead didn't budge, which made showering tricky at times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Despite the typical small size of London hotel rooms, my room had enough space for two people. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, including the romantic ambiance and comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious selection, and the cappuccino was perfect. The hotel's strategic location made it easy to access Earl's Court Station and other amenities nearby. I am thoroughly satisfied with my stay and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
