During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness and location of the establishment. The rooms were well-maintained and spacious. it was in a key location near local amenities. It was easy to get around and find things to do. The staff were friendly and polite which was a bonus.

There were a few things that I didn't like during my stay. One negative aspect was the check-in process which was a bit difficult since it was a busy period.

The bed was huge and comfy, helpful and happy staff, good price for a big room and good food, central location.

As someone who likes to start their day early, I found the breakfast at The Romany Rye Wetherspoon to be a real treat. The eggs benedict were top-notch and the tea and coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful, carrying the tray to my table multiple times. I also appreciated the staff member who checked us in and helped with our bags. the service was exceptional, and I would rate it 5 out of 5 for making our stay memorable. The restaurant itself was also beautifully designed.
