My stay at Landhaus Santis was wonderful. The location was perfect for exploring the St Jakobsweg and the hotel provided great take-out options for dining. The lounge area was comfortable and well-stocked. Despite being on a main street, my room was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Saint Sylvester's Day festivities in the Appenzell.

As a group of friends, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at Hotel Landhaus Santis. The helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The excellent breakfast provided one of the best dining experiences we've had in Switzerland. The hotel's proximity to the town center was another advantage, and the local bus service provided easy transportation options.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel, as there was no reason to complain.

We enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and were impressed by the friendly staff and delicious breakfast that was offered. the location was central and convenient for exploring the city on foot. our spacious room was comfortably air-conditioned, providing much-needed relief from the summer heat.

Our room faced a busy street and the traffic noise could be heard even with closed windows. the bed was uncomfortable and in need of an upgrade.

Staff incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. Spacious room with clean bathroom and cozy tub. Comfy bed with a large pillow. Useful multilingual binder. Great AC and windows with shutters. Delicious dinner and breakfast buffet. Very quiet at night. Convenient location for St Jakobsweg.
