During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness and location of the establishment. the rooms were well-maintained and spacious. it was in a key location near local amenities. It was easy to get around and find things to do. the staff were friendly and polite which was a bonus.

One negative aspect was the check-in process which was a bit difficult since it was a busy period. I found the room to be very cold at times, which was not very comfortable considering the holiday season.

The bed was huge and comfy, helpful and happy staff, good price for a big room and good food, central location.

As someone who likes to start their day early, I found the breakfast at The Romany Rye Wetherspoon to be a real treat. The eggs benedict were top-notch and the tea and coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful, carrying the tray to my table multiple times. I also appreciated the staff member who checked us in and helped with our bags. the service was exceptional, and I would rate it 5 out of 5 for making our stay memorable. The restaurant itself was also beautifully designed.
