Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the decor throughout the hotel was simply stunning, creating a special and unique atmosphere. We especially loved the outside space, beautifully styled to provide a relaxing oasis in the center of charming Deal High Street. the refreshments available on every floor were a thoughtful touch, ensuring we were always well taken care of. the food served at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the homemade shortbread at the tea stations.

the church next door chiming every hour throughout the night, coupled with occasional early morning noise from the high street, disturbed our sleep.

The staff kindly gave me water at night. the place suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, security, bar, restaurant. Returning for Easter.

LOVED the cozy rooms with a refreshing bottle of water. the service was exceptional, I felt truly pampered. Can't wait to go back! the garden area is even better in person.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The entire place is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean, making us feel right at home. The food at this hotel is excellent - we loved everything we tried. Our room, though small, was incredibly comfortable with a fabulous bathroom. The location couldn't be beat, as it was walking distance to the beach, train station, restaurants, and shops. We can't wait to stay here again soon.

Loved the free continental breakfast, especially the stale croissants. The bar was a great place to overpay for a drink. The terrace was perfect for enjoying the view of the car park.

The hotel itself was in a assumingly popular vacation area and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room amenities, including the terrace and electric kettle, added to the luxurious feel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with no request being too much for them. The facilities, such as the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV.

The room we stayed in was beautiful, with a shower that was the best I've ever experienced. The service provided by Sarah in the restaurant was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offers homemade shortbread at the tea stations, a lovely touch.

The occasional noise from the high street outside in the early morning was a minor downside.
