Thankful for the complementary turkey dinner and pumpkin pie during the Thanksgiving week. The hotel's location is superb, situated near a lot of famous attractions in the city center. Loved the free shuttle service to the airport too, which made our travel more convenient.

The walls in the room were thin, and we could hear the noise from the street. The air conditioning unit was too noisy and didn't function that well.

The welcoming atmosphere with aromatherapy and traditional drinks made our stay at Hotel Chanti Managed By Tentrem Hotel Management Indonesia truly pleasant. The location was perfect for exploring Semarang's attractions, and there were plenty of delicious roadside food options nearby. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and cleanliness.

The hotel is conveniently located near a main street and downtown area, making it easy to explore the culinary scene and the old city area nearby. The fast check-in process and nice staff add to the positive experience. Guests can enjoy a large TV screen, a nice small pool, and a good choice of breakfast options.

The room may have a lingering smoking odor, which the staff tries to address but doesn't completely eliminate.

We stayed at a hotel in a very convenient location. It was easy to get around and find good food nearby. The room was great and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff was very helpful and attentive, providing excellent service. We especially enjoyed the leisure spa and swimming pool.

We recommend this place to everyone.
