The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We had a clear, panoramic view of the surrounding area, which added an extra touch of beauty to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a prime location, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions London has to offer, with easy access to the underground and the Embankment underground station nearby. Our first night's dinner in the restaurant was excellent, with delicious food served by friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom.

Breakfast wasn't up to par during our stay, with lukewarm or cold food and apparent staff shortage.

We stayed at the Horseguards for 5 nights during my daughter's 10th birthday celebration. The staff, including George, Robert, and Lucas, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major sights like the London Eye, Tower of London, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, and Piccadilly Circus. The room was lovely, the breakfast buffet was first class, and the wifi was fast and excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

I had a comfortable and spacious room with plenty of closet space. The master light control and floor heaters were a nice touch. The decor was traditional and even nicer in person. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, but I appreciated the choice to order a la carte. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. I had a great stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to the places I needed to visit for my business trip. the gym facilities were a bonus, allowing me to squeeze in a workout before starting my day.

It made me feel like they weren't interested in providing a pleasant experience. the service at the bar was slow and unfriendly, which was off-putting.
